Mark Donnelly

Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Performance and Health Promotion from Morrisville State College. Mark has experience with a variety of exercise modalities & techniques and will use his knowledge to help you reach your fitness and performance goals.

Joseph Pollak

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and has a wide variety of experience in group exercise such as martial arts, weightlifting, kettlebell training and crossfit. He is a level 1 Crossfit Trainer, mobility, kettlebell trainer and USAW Sports Performance Coach. Having taught people of all ages he enjoys helping people achieve new skills and abilities.

Stefanie Paluch

Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dance and Kinesiology from The College at Brockport. She is certified in kettlebell, Pink Gloves Boxing, Spinning, TRX group suspension, yoga, Zumba and Zumba step. Having taught group fitness since her freshman year in college, Stefanie most enjoys helping others reach their fitness goals

Chris Rivera

Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology: Fitness Development from SUNY-Cortland. Chris is experienced with power lifting and CrossFit. He will happily educate, motivate, and encourage you to meet and exceed your fitness goals.

David Greene

Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from SUNY-Cortland. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (National Strength and Conditioning Association), and a Certified Sport Performance Coach (USA Weightlifting). His years of training experience & continuing education give him the capacity to employ a variety of strategies to help clients achieve both fitness and performance goals.

Ryan Scott

Holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from SUNY- Cortland. Ryan is the General Manager of FoxCare Fitness, and oversees the Fitness and Aquatic departments, including the club’s aquatic personal training programs, specializing in aquatic fitness, strength training, flexibility, and swim lessons.
